Abstract
Collection of abstracts "Psychological challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic: Ukrainian-Canadian experience" is based on the materials of the international scientific-practical seminar of the laboratory of methodology and theory of psychology of the Institute of Psychology named after GS Kostyuk NAPS of Ukraine, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Ukraine's independence. The collection presents the results of the analysis of foreign and domestic research on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the mental and psychological health of the individual; forms of organization and methods of providing psychological assistance during the pandemic are outlined; identified ways to integrate the efforts of psychologists from different countries in the development of effective methods of helping people during the pandemic and after it. The collection is addressed to psychologists, social workers, university students and anyone interested in personality psychology and psychology of crisis situations.
