Abstract

The static results of the analysis of historical and pedagogical literature and regulatory documents in a number of surveys have historical advanced documents and scientific and pedagogical centers (NRC); the theoretical foundations of its creation for children with special needs are indicated. The topics of reforming school updates for children with special needs during the study period are considered.
