Abstract

The paper identifies the need for major changes in the assessment of the quality of education of any education. It is intended to go to the assessment of the quality of students at the international practice for the analysis of the initial process of that thoroughly. The most recent extensions to the international level of education, based on the results of the research and guidance on the main characteristics of the effective assessment of the breakdown at Ulster University. We are concerned with the importance of the assessment for the promotion of the quality of education, the recommendations for the effective assessment of the quality of students in the field of education are projected.
