Abstract

The article presents an analysis of the results of practical work on the development of gifted students in the system of out-of-school education. The article contains a systematization of materials of experience of work with students who are engaged in scientific creativity and identification of conditions that contribute to the formation and development of gifted students. Some aspects of students' interaction with scientific and pedagogical supervisors of creative developments are considered.
