Abstract

In the publication, the author for the first time considers the issue of cross-cutting skills in the field of engineering and technology for secondary school students. A new methodological approach has been developed for the formation of basic skills in primary and high school students in the process of mastering the basics of technical creativity as a kind of technology. The conclusion has been made about the importance of effective performance by students of designing processes and products designing for effective formation their cross-cutting skills.
