Abstract

The article analyzes the specifics of the development a creativity of scientific and pedagogical staff in the system of postgraduate education. Defined the group methods of development a creative of scientific and pedagogical staff, the introduction of which to update the quality of andragogy and helps to prepare socially active, creative specialists in the field of pedagogy, capable of self-improvement, self-determination, self-actualization.
