Abstract

The author directs the attention of researchers to identifying common didactic and semantic aspects of planning and organizing interactive classes in educational institutions, including higher education. The theses note that the formation of the personal characteristics of a educator (teacher, trainer, facilitator) in the context of modernization and reform of national education should take place in the trend of modern transformations.
