Abstract

The author notes that insufficient adaptation, the predominance of the force of stressors over the existing adaptive capabilities of a person leads to both a decrease in the effectiveness of his activity, and to the emergence of various mental diseases. The article actualize the problems of adaptation, adaptive management, adaptive processes, adaptive capabilities, in particular, change.
