Abstract

The purpose of the Conference is to unite the efforts of scientists, practitioners, statesmen and public activists to address current issues of adopting innovative educational technologies in training and professional development of specialists in the digitized society, effective use of open education considering current trends in training and personal development in XXI st. century.
