Abstract

Theses are about psychological adaptation to schooling of children with intellectual disabilities. Areas of activity of a psychologist during the period of adaptation of children of this category to school are considered and analyzed in detail. The psychologist's recommendations to parents are given. The importance of the psychologist's cooperation with parents is pointed out.
