Abstract

The section describes the activities of the mayor Aleksandrovskaya, the founder of the Aleksandrovsk school-farm for deaf children Felix Frantsevich Movchanovskiy. The functioning of the farm school is revealed. It has been established that one of the most prominent deaf teachers of Ukraine, M.M. Lagovskiy and I.P. Sokolyansky.
