Abstract

The theses reveal approaches to the problem of education of children with special needs in Ukraine, as a historical aspect from the 1920s to the disclosure of the action plan for 2017-2029. It is shown that the implementation of inclusive education in Ukraine became possible due to the previously created scientific and experimental base and the long-term experience of teaching and socialization of children with special needs acquired by teachers.
