Abstract

The article considers the communicative-mental resources of constructing favorable communication in times of adaptation to new conditions of social interaction of the individual. An empirical model of research is presented, which consists of such psychosemantic characteristics of the communicative-mental world of the individual as: the circle of supportive communication in the spheres of study / leisure / recreation; characteristics of identity of partners in the field of supportive communication in the areas of study / work and leisure / recreation; communicative time. The study was conducted in an online survey format and ad two waves, during a hard lockdown (spring 2020) and during adaptive quarantine (autumn 2020). The obtained results reflect the dynamics of personal adaptation of one's own communicative space in order to maintain a network of acceptable social interaction in the emergency situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, in difficult conditions, the individual relies on the resources of the communicative-mental space that are able to maintain its viability and the ability to manage communicative risks. Comparing the results on such parameters as “openness of contact” and “selectivity of partners” in terms of adaptation to new conditions of social interaction indicates the importance of such characteristics of the partner as “caring-friendliness-empathy”. Analysis of the nonverbal parameter of respondents’ experiences indicates that there is a general tendency to increase stress. The predominance of negative experiences is observed both in the field of study / work and in the field of leisure / recreation, although the field of study / work causes the greatest dissatisfaction of respondents. Thus, the study will make it possible to take into account the structural and dynamic features of the construction of the circle of supportive interaction in the organization of social and psychological assistance and support. In our opinion, the socio-psychological support of the individual in times of adaptation to new conditions of social interaction should ensure the stabilization of the circle of supportive interaction in the leading spheres of life of the individual.
