Abstract

Anti-Ukraininan propaganda used by Kremlin power controlled mass-media, politicians, political strategist, cultural and religion workers, both on territory of Russian Federation and outside it, in particular on territory of Ukraine, became one of basic instruments for realization of attempts to weaken and confuse development of the Ukrainian state system. The purpose of anti-Ukraininan propaganda is destruction of the Ukrainian state or it's weakining and integration in the Russian power controlled sphere of state interests («sphere of influence»). This purpose is one of parts of greater plan carried out as «hybrid war» against the West and modern world order. Key cognitive positions which try to be stuck by Russian propaganda for target audiences, in particular, for a few last years (2013-2018), are highlighted.
