Abstract

Formation of oral speaking (oral communication) is one of the key aspects of competence approach to Ukrainian language teaching in primary school. It obtain the special importance in schools with teaching in languages of national minorities, cause in this case the Ukrainian-language communication requires special purposeful activity of the teacher. The methods presented in the publication ensure the implementation of activity, personality-oriented and competence-based approaches to the teaching of the Ukrainian as the state language.
