Abstract
The author made a comparative analysis of structural changes in the industrial sector of Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus using the rule of "golden ratio". It is proved that Ukraine has the opportunity to implement the Belarusian experience in neo-industrialization and the gradual transition to the IV technological system.
