Abstract
The textbook contains a pedagogically appropriate system of tasks and exercises, which is aimed at forming the basic concepts of the course, as well as to develop in students appropriate methods of action. In most cases, an algorithmic approach to such development is implemented, which provides for its phasing and testing of each step provided by the corresponding algorithm. The task system contains tasks and exercises of four levels of difficulty, which are usually grouped by appropriate levels. In some cases, in the first part of the textbook, such a strict grouping is broken if the exercises of different levels form a continuous chain, when the performance of the next is based on the results of the previous one. It is also provided that in the process of solving certain exercises, students acquire some knowledge from the theoretical part of the course (for example, substantiate some properties of geometric shapes, prove some formulas, etc.). Considerable attention is paid to the tasks of a practical nature, placed in the section "Apply in practice".
