Abstract

It was found that the reform of education at the present stage is in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Education" (2017) and is based on important ideas developed at previous stages of school education, in particular: the creation of Ukrainian schools, self-governing school organizations, influence local governments on the development of general secondary education, student development, profiling of high school, typification of schools, the influence of public opinion on management decisions, the combination of state and public control.
