Abstract

This article is devoted to the results of an empirical study of the possibilities of applying an integrative approach in the study of the authenticity and identity of leading training groups. It is established that the integrative approach allows to study the phenomena of authenticity and identity as the only holistic phenomena, an active space, prone to self-improvement, designed to fill reality with meaning, attitude and experiences. The results of empirical analysis revealed that the studied younger than 30 years have the highest scores on the scale of "authentic self-expression", and the lowest - on the scale of "knowledge and acceptance of self", leading training groups over 50 years most typical "authentic self-expression", and the least - “Non-limitation by others” the majority of respondents consider that their most important resource in the work is the accumulated life and work experience, it is experience that determines the effectiveness of conducting a training group. Transformation of memories is better expressed in the men studied, while women, although they do not perceive the situation described by them as uncomfortable, still remember its details; men are more likely to ruminate, more often than women find their experience unique, not only important to them, but also in the context of training experience; the subjects have high rates on the scale of "self-acceptance and self-understanding", ie, trainers due to the difficult situation better understand the value of their lives, their potential opportunities and resources.
