Abstract

The contemporary cognitive situation and methodological problems of psychology are outlined. It is shown that the ratio-humanistic orientation in the methodology of human studies proposed by Georgy Ball has a significant scientific potential in view of the problem of overcoming the fragmentation of psychological knowledge. The relevance is highlighted and the goals of developing the concept of multi-level integration of psychological knowledge are identified. With this in mind, the development of the concept is based on the general scientific principles of integrity, activity, development, interaction, ratio-humanistic orientation in human studies, on the idea of the structural and functional different levels of psychological science and on the differences in integration processes at different levels of science functioning. The criteria that the concept must meet (logical consistency, internal coherence; sensitivity to contexts in the current sociocultural and cognitive situation, using ideas and methods of existing integrally oriented approaches as conceptual resources, taking into account ontological complexity, methodological and epistemological diversity in psychology, expanding explanatory possibilities and etc.). The directions of development of this concept are determined.
