Abstract

The abstracts reveal the need for the introduction of educational innovations in the content, forms and methods of professional development of teachers, research and teaching staff and in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education. The importance of digitalization and the latest technologies in the information and educational environment of professional development of pedagogical staff is highlighted, a systematic, balanced combination of internal and external factors and conditions that significantly and positively affect the educational process in postgraduate pedagogical education.
