Abstract

In the abstracts of the report the author as a participant of the scientific-practical conference of IAPM on a wide range of aspects of the process of system modernization of Ukraine draws attention to the fact that the penetration of information technology and new media into the economy, social life and defense determines the importance of computer literacy and media education. curricula of postgraduate education institutions as basic institutions of adult education. Given the further growth of the destructive potential of cyberattacks, with the strengthening of the role of various information systems and the development of the "Internet of Things", the urgent task is to train professionals who can adequately protect the information systems of critical infrastructure. The research described in the abstracts of the report will be useful for scientists, public and political figures, students, as well as anyone interested in the development of the Ukrainian state and the world experience of modernization processes.
