Abstract

In order to be a leader in the team-building process, it is important for the andragogue to develop his / her own leadership potential and flexibility in using leadership styles in order to activate the intellectual and creative potential of the team. Own leadership potential is formed through the development of personal qualities, among which the key is the image of the leader and his charisma. The image of a leader is created by external (posture, gestures, speech) and internal properties (mental state, emotional management, assertive behavior, effective recovery in the shortest possible time, etc.). The most important factor in team building is setting the leader to win.
