Abstract

The problem of pedagogical professionalism is dictated by the reform of Ukrainian society, which is naturally accompanied by a fundamental renewal of all social institutions and systems, including the system of out-of-school education. The presented methodical recommendations will allow to plan and carry out more effectively work on increase of professional competence of pedagogical workers of out-of-school education institutions. The methodical recommendations included materials from the experience of the Department of Methods of Extracurricular and Extracurricular Activities of the National Ecological and Naturalistic Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. Of practical value are the materials on methodical work with teachers, the system of work with young teachers. Methodical recommendations are addressed to scientific and practical workers of the education system, employees of institutes of postgraduate pedagogical education, pedagogical workers of out-of-school education institutions, post-graduate students, students.
