Abstract

Introduction of inclusive education and deinstitutionalisation processes in the system of education that are currently taking place in the country require modernization of the training and professional development system of psycho-pedagogical staff capable of implementing the conceptual approaches of the New Ukrainian School, in particular, specialists working in the newly created inclusive-resource centers, organizational and methodological activities of which take place in accordance with the IRC Regulations. Accordingly, an educational and professional program for the staff of inclusive-resource centers was developed taking into account modern conceptual approaches to the formation of professional competence of specialists working with children with special educational needs and their families; in the context of the implementation of the state educational policy, in particular the concept of the New Ukrainian School and the implementation of a number of international documents, primarily the International Classification of Functioning (ICF).
