Abstract

The article discusses the effectiveness of the analysis of texts generated in the practice of crisis counseling ("hotline"). The concept of crisis narrative, which arises in the dialogue with the consultant, is revealed. Such a narrative is fundamentally dialogical and broken. A narrative approach is applied to it.
