Abstract

The author considers the research approaches used by Ukrainian educational historians to carry out their historical and pedagogical explorations in independent Ukraine. Makes statements based on research that the Ukrainian history of education is not represented in the content of the history of education in European countries. Stresses the need to revive the history of education / pedagogy and introduce it into global historical and pedagogical narratives.
