Abstract

The development of information technology has influenced the urgency of the problem of modernization of the education system. The vast majority of domestic institutions of higher education and institutions of postgraduate pedagogical education introduce elements of distance education. The distance learning system is an open system that provides active communication between the teacher and the learner (pupils, students, listeners and other persons who receive education in any kind and form of education using computer and multimedia tools. and especially after the implementation of the Concept of the New Ukrainian School, the new laws of Ukraine "On Education", "On Complete General Secondary Education", the organization of the educational process on the use of VTS is one of the most acute and urgent Ukrainian educational problems. as one of the main forms of education) the situation of social distancing in the conditions of the quarantine declared in Ukraine in the spring of 2020 in connection with COVID-19.
