Abstract

The article explores the problem of finding effective forms of education for gifted students. It has been found that the diffusion and use of innovations in pedagogical practice will allow effective life changes of gifted students, including students of high schools and lyceums. The effect of such changes is determined by the presence of two major factors. First, it is the degree of government support for the development, dissemination and application of innovations at national, regional or individual levels. Secondly, it is a state of professional training of the appropriate personnel, capable not only to embody specific innovative projects, but also to independently develop their own social and pedagogical innovations. The essence and structure of complex form of education of gifted pupils of high schools and lyceums are revealed. The complex form of education is considered to be a set of united in a single whole individual forms, techniques and methods, which are linked by conceptual design, plan, algorithm of long-term activity and thanks to their integration have the ability to effectively and versatile influence on the development of children. The stages of designing a complex form of education of gifted students of high schools and lyceums are distinguished. The pedagogical conditions of formation and realization of project ideas about the complex form of education of gifted students of gymnasiums and lyceums are formulated. According to the results of scientific research, the prospects of developing scientific and methodological support for the organization of social development of gifted children are formulated: taking into account the psychological characteristics of capable, creative and creative children; timely diagnostics of students’ natural inclinations; dissemination of educational and informative work on forming public opinion on the importance and characteristic problems of gifted children; introduction of specialized courses in the methodology of work with different categories of gifted children into the educational program for the preparation of future teachers.
