Abstract

Vital problem of organization training competitive skilled workers in mining branch under circumstances of professional-technical educational establishment is considered in the article. The essence of term “model” is cliscovered, the aim of model creation is determined, the model of training is created, its main stages are characterizes, the role of employers is professional training is determined, the perspectives of next intelligence of this question are outlined.
