Abstract

The results of studies of interaction between citizens and state institutions in the context of a military conflict are presented. Negative psychological phenomena are described. Anomie in society as a factor in violation of the logic of political and legal socialization of the individual is considered. Diagnostic procedures and means of counteracting the development of anomie are described. The problems of social nihilism and ways to overcome it are analyzed. The analysis of the semantic limitations of the individual in the perception of political and legal information and methods of their study is carried out. The ways of preventing the problems of political and legal identification are proposed. Technologies, techniques for the development and maintenance of the psychological elasticity of the individual in the political and legal sphere are presented. Tools for studying paternalistic attitudes of personality have been developed. The book is addressed scientists, teachers, graduate students, masters and students of higher education institutions, specialists in the field of lawmaking and law enforcement activities.
