Abstract

In today's rapidly evolving digital society, there is an urgent need to constantly update the standards of professional training of software technicians in colleges. The ability of the educational system of higher technical education institutions to meet the needs of the individual and society in high-quality educational services determines the internal and spiritual development of the country. The strategic goal of each EU member state is to build innovative education. Ukraine is also following this vector. Today, Ukrainian scientists are discussing the introduction of new approaches and new skills in vocational education on the eve of the expected fourth industrial revolution. Modern standards of higher education determine the transformation of approaches to the educational process and professional training of software technicians For the formation of readiness for professional activity of future technicians-programmers the system of values ​​and worldview formed in the personality of a modern specialist, ability to accumulate and develop knowledge, form key competencies of modern technician-programmer, realize innovations, create competitive advantages becomes essential. Therefore, the formation and development of the ability to work and readiness for professional self-improvement becomes a direction, a goal of public policy.
