Abstract

The author made an attempt to conduct a comparative analysis of the impact of the real and virtual world on the activities and processes of children's development. In real life, the child learns the world through direct interaction with people, animate and inanimate nature, tries in the process of cognition to find out the cause and effect. In the virtual world there is manipulation of imaginary objects, replacement of real experience of practical actions by symbolization, operation by sign models.
