Abstract
The article substantiates the pedagogical conditions and principles that are important to follow in the work to eliminate diction difficulties; a system of exercises and tasks for the development of the articulatory apparatus of students of 1-2 grades, the development of correct speech breathing in the process of reading aloud, overcoming diction difficulties during the pronunciation of individual consonant sounds are presented.
