Abstract

The article analyzes national and foreign strategies of development o f key competencies (soft skills) in the complex combination with the formation o f integrated competence of educational applicants. Previously documented the actual needs o f the hospitality industiy for the future specialists of key competencies. The results of the current state o f the key competence of the future Masters of restaurant Service are presented and the key competences (soft skills) are defined, which shoidd complement the training programs for specialists in the hospitality industry’.
