Abstract

Curricula in all subjects for primary school contain cross-cutting content lines, the purpose of which is to form a holistic view of civic responsibility, environmental safety and sustainable development, health, entrepreneurship and financial literacy, they have not yet become system-forming components of teaching methods. The issue of revealing the historical path of development of natural sciences, acquainting students with the activities and contributions of famous foreign and Ukrainian scientists, clarifying the role of scientific natural knowledge in human life, social production and technology remains unrealized in education.
