Abstract

The presentation of the speech presents the main soft skills of the 21st century. A number of basic competencies of a modern teacher are revealed. The humanistic approach and the human-centered approach are actualized. The main criteria and factors of key skills of the 21st century are presented. Psychodiagnostics and ways of development of soft skills in the conditions of the competent approach are offered.
