Abstract

The author emphasizes the need to study the problem of professional development of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers in the perspective of a unified system of continuing education, based on ideas, methods and approaches of professional pedagogy, the feature of which is through "permeation" of all parts of a unified education system.
