Abstract

The essence of the concept of "Labor culture" is analyzed. It is emphasized that the attitude to work is one of the main criteria for evaluating a person, and the duty to work honestly is one of the main elements in the system of moral norms and values. The importance of Labor culture as a factor that contributes to the effectiveness of education of children, adolescents, youth and adults is substantiated. The essence of the culture of educational work is characterized, which includes the culture of thinking, technique of educational work, hygiene of mental work, motivation of learning, culture of behavior, mastery of self-regulation techniques.
