Abstract

The monograph is devoted to complex problem situations, which, unfortunately, are so many in everyday life. Various types of personality life crises are considered. The ways of psychological support and assistance to a person in experiencing a crisis are identified, certain self-help techniques are proposed. It is addressed to psychologists, suicidologists, sociologists, social workers, a wide range of readers.
