Abstract

The publication identifies and describes 15 selection principles of language, speech, information and illustrative material aimed at ensuring the organization of the learning process of foreign language communication in the form of dialogue of cultures. In addition, these principles will help the authors of educational literature methodically appropriate to select educational material to the competency-oriented content of school foreign language textbooks.
