Abstract

The article deals with the issues of providing conditions for purposeful formation of professional self-awareness of students in higher education. It is noted that the use of special courses, where tasks will be aimed at using and training the mechanisms of reflection, goal setting (motivation through goal setting) and education of the senses, will contribute to the activation of professional self-awareness of psychology students. The special course «Formation of professional self-awareness of young specialists» is offered. The organizational and methodological foundations are justified, and the notes of classes are given, which give a holistic view of its content and structure.
