Abstract

The problem of survival of professional educational institutions in the competition for the provision of educational services is considered. The positive and negative features of the domestic system of professional training of specialists of the Soviet period are determined; measures to ensure its quality. Based on the analysis of reforms in the vocational training systems of the post-Soviet countries, the main components of the educational paradigm of vocational training quality management are formulated. It is concluded that the inherited Soviet model of quality management of professional training had some positives, but has changed over time, so a systematic analysis of modern training experience in European countries is an appropriate strategy to overcome challenges and contradictions related to modernizing the educational paradigm of quality management. professional training.
