Abstract

The main types and reasons for supporting or resisting educational reforms are described. It is determined that the formation of a constructive attitude to change is a powerful factor in the success-failure of the implementation of educational reform. The need for a scientifically sound approach to the implementation of education reform to increase the ability to support the new and overcome resistance to change at the level of the individual and society is pointed out.
