Abstract

Monitoring the use of the web resource "Electronic Library of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine" is aimed at providing information and methodological support through Google Analytics to track the processes of visiting and using electronic resources, as well as improving the development, improvement and maintenance of the electronic library site. A comparative analysis of the use of library resources for 2019 and 2020 for the first four months of the year. Monitoring of the use of the site of the electronic library of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine is carried out according to the following indicators: visitor survey, demographics of visitors, behavior of visitors on the site of the electronic library, site visit technologies, mobile devices, traffic. For scientists, graduate students, heads of scientific institutions of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine and specialists in the field of library science.
