Abstract

It is determined that the prerequisites that affect the motor development of children of the third year of life include: socio-pedagogical prerequisites - circumstances that cause, promote or influence the development of movements of children of the third year of life. To the factors that also affect the development of movements: socio-pedagogical factors, which we consider as circumstances that determine, contribute to and influence the formation in children of the third year of life of the processes of sensation, perception of movement, ideas about movement, emotionally-positive attitudes to the implementation of movements in time of various activities. The attention is focused on the classification of mental processes, which allows one to study the child’s third year of orientation in himself, about what objects or phenomena he knows about, their connections and relationships; processes that reveal the child’s attitude to himself and to the action that he carries out; processes that consist in organizing and regulating its objective actions, taking into account objective activity. We consider these processes in unity with their originality, specificity, as a component of the characteristics of the motor development of children of the third year of life. It was established that during the study, the determinants of physical activity should be taken into account. We believe that for conscious perception and study of the motor development of children of the third year of life, we must turn to the analyzer, the division of receptors, sources and role of stimuli, mechanisms for constructing unconditional and conditional reflexes, which will allow to develop and introduce in the educational process methods with the purpose research of mental processes in children of the third year of life. The essence of the motor development of young children (the third year of life) has been clarified, which consists in the child's sensation and perception of movement, his ideas about movement; desire and need for movements, feelings during movement and the child’s attitude to his own movement; the child’s desire to act with objects, to articulate movements, the ability to meaningfully act (move). The cognitive, emotional, activity-volitional components are highlighted in the structure of motor development of children of the third year of life.
