Abstract

The theses emphasize that the creation of safe conditions for learning and development of students in the educational space of an educational institution presupposes the teacher's readiness for dialogical communication. It is indicated that the essential features of Dialogic communication are the formation of the teacher's communicative ability as the ability to build subject - subject relations, the presence of professional-pedagogical and cultural-communicative competence.
