Abstract
The guide contains the results of an analysis of the problem of adult learning. The features of adult learning as a scientific problem are presented, the activities of evening schools in the context of non-formal adult education are characterized, as well as the psychological and pedagogical principles of non-formal education of evening school teachers. The methodological aspect of non-formal education of evening school teachers is analyzed. The features of non-formal education as a resource for personal and professional growth of evening school teachers, as well as the interaction of teachers and adult learners in non-formal education are highlighted. Interactive, information and communication technologies, which have become widespread in non-formal education of evening school teachers, are characterized. The peculiarities of creation and activity of the "Center for Adult Education - People's School" on the basis of evening (variable) school №18 of Desnyanskiy district of Kyiv are revealed. Experimental research on the readiness of evening school teachers and adult learners for non-formal education is highlighted. The course and results of experimental work on the readiness of evening school teachers and adult learners for non-formal education are outlined. Викладено авторські тренінги з особистісного та професійного розвитку вчителів вечірніх шкіл в умовах неформальної освіти, надано короткі вказівки щодо їх проведення. Посібник адресовано педагогічним працівникам вечірніх шкіл, інших закладів загальної середньої освіти, а також майбутнім педагогам та іншим категоріям дорослих.
