Abstract

The curriculum of a special course for teaching staff, a set of tasks developed on the basis of traditional and innovative forms and methods of using museum pedagogy in non-formal education are presented. In structuring the content of tasks, the selection of appropriate forms and methods, account is taken of how the ability to critically evaluate historical events based on the potential of museum pedagogy can be formed; to establish dialogue interaction in the system "school - museum"; to improve the skills of teachers in the thematic selection of museum exhibitions, taking into account individual needs of the individual. The complex of tasks is aimed at intensification of mastering the thematic material of museums of cultural, art direction (in Kiev), acquaintance with the methods of work of museums with different categories of the population, with art and educational activities, organized with the aim of developing value-based values. Museum of Folk Architecture and Life of Ukraine, Museum of prominent cultural figures, Mykola Lysenko House-Museum, Museum of Book and Printing, National Kiev-Pechersk History co-Cultural Reserve, National Museum of Taras Shevchenko, Ivan Honchar Museum and others.) harnessing the potential of real and virtual excursions. The author's development is recommended for introduction into the process of training specialists of pedagogical profile, addressed to teachers, students, teacher-practitioners, graduate students and applicants.
