Abstract
The article is devoted to the theoretical analyss of problem of leading role of harmonious character of personality of future teacher as a factor of development of his spiritual culture. The historical essay of research а problem of development of personality’s character is resulted in the article. There were considered an influenses of temperament and character, were selected a structure and contents of character, stage of forming of characteroiogicai features, and criteria of character harmoniousness of personality.
